Fìkh Zvlěpp Jĭih (/zvlɛpp/ /ʤih/ [olive] [clash]) is a subtropical Large Town located in Mìbmǐm Zone, Khikhèjĭhul District, within the Federation of Alveria.

The name Fìkh Zvlěpp Jĭih is derived from the Constructi language, as Fìkh Zvlěpp Jĭih was founded by Gv-80w 'Alfie' Glkadsm, who was culturaly Constructi.

Climate

Fìkh Zvlěpp Jĭih has a yearly average temperature of 13°C (55°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a pleasant 22°C (71°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold 4°C (39°F). Fìkh Zvlěpp Jĭih receives an average of 286 cm/y (112 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of snow during the pleasantly short winter months. Fìkh Zvlěpp Jĭih covers an area of nearly 6 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 1288 m (4225 ft) above sea level.

Overview

Fìkh Zvlěpp Jĭih was founded durring the early 12th century in summer of the year 1138, by Gv-80w 'Alfie' Glkadsm. The establishment of Fìkh Zvlěpp Jĭih was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Fìkh Zvlěpp Jĭih's construction back out of the project. Gv-80w 'Alfie' Glkadsm pushed on reguardles, and Fìkh Zvlěpp Jĭih was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Fìkh Zvlěpp Jĭih was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the early 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Fìkh Zvlěpp Jĭih is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Fìkh Zvlěpp Jĭih is is constructed arround a semi-circular spacious cobblestone mainstreet, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The town sits behind a stone-renforced palisade wall, with stone gatehouses and timber drawbridges for their trench. Fìkh Zvlěpp Jĭih's would-be-castle fortifications are suffering from significent damage, so much so that examples can be pointed to no matter which section one might have within their line of site, and most of which render sections inoperable at present.

Before you’ve even set foot into the heart of Fìkh Zvlěpp Jĭih, you can smell it. The incense. It hangs about the town like a cloud. Monks, priests, and clerics are everywhere, all dedicated to the same god, all performing the same rituals to bless and anoint buildings, streets, people, animals, you name it they are or have blessed it. The same holy symbol is everywhere too. Its on buildings, on people, and even branded into livestock. This certainly loves its god. More than it loves wealth. The town is very clearly poor. Buildings are run down in ways that are not imeadiatly obvious. The people are a bit too thin. The market is very eager to sell to newcomers, but not so eager to buy from them. There’s also a general lack of the hum and buzz of healthy industry in Fìkh Zvlěpp Jĭih.

Civic Infrastructure

Fìkh Zvlěpp Jĭih has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Fìkh Zvlěpp Jĭih. They may have been religious exiles, economic migrants, indigenous locals surrounded by the existing polity, or a foreign settlement conquered within the relatively recent past. The locals may not be enthusiastic about being ruled by others not of their kind, and their neighbors may look askance at the way foreign customs or even laws may be maintained.

Fìkh Zvlěpp Jĭih's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used which employed abundant symbolic geometry, using pure forms such as the circle and square, and plans are based on often symmetrical layouts featuring rectangular courtyards and halls. These structures were is decorated with carved stone or stucco reliefs and made use of colorful stone mosaics..

Due to the actions of local Kami, summer is long in Fìkh Zvlěpp Jĭih.

The Frog, Poisonous Swarm near Fìkh Zvlěpp Jĭih are known to be quite timid.

Fìkh Zvlěpp Jĭih's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in spring and involves destroying a prepared ritual vessel to channel Abjuration energies of tier 3 via throat chanting.
